 Credit Card Policy: Sierra Services for the Blind considers ALL personal information to be privileged information that falls under the laws of the State of California, and the rules and regulations, terms and conditions to the company which issued the credit or debit card. This includes presentation of the card to a representative of the agency, or the information therein by electronic or verbal communication.

Should the individual who presents the card for donation demands a refund for any transaction, the refund will be made to the individual who presented the card. The agency, Sierra Services for the Blind, shall reserve the right to withhold any taxes or fees charged to the agency should such fee exceed $25.00.
